Avery (along with Luke and I) met the adorable Donovan Marco this weekend. He is the sweetest little boy! At first Avery tried to play it cool by ignoring him...

but eventually she couldn't help herself. Donovan looks pretty interested himself. I think he's into older women.

We've been home for 3 weeks already! Where is the time going? Avery's Godfather Matt (my brother) and his girlfriend Lesley came up to Madison last weekend. We had such a great weekend. It was SO great meeting Lesley for the first time. She is an awesome girl!

Avery has a couple new tricks this week. She is now giving hugs on command (when she feels like it!) and gives her little baby dolls hugs too. It's very cute. She also can "find mommy" in photos (again, only when she wants to!). She says "pup pup" when she sees any dog and is pointing at everything.

I thought Avery was on a hunger strike this week, but I think she's getting some more teeth, which is affecting her appetite. It's also messing with her sleep and has made her quite crabby at times. Those dang teeth! Bust through already!
